Conservation stories direct from the field.

Podcasting is where our story began. We formed the podcast in 2020 when Covid first struck and when the question on many of our minds was... how would the pandemic affect conservation in Africa? Then came Walk Luangwa later that year: a 350km walk along the length of the remote Luangwa Valley to raise awareness and funds for conservation efforts affected by the lack of tourism due to the pandemic. A core team of five of us followed the course of the Luangwa River through three national parks and five Game Management Areas and along the way we were joined by “guest walkers”: conservationists who joined us along the course of our seventeen day walk to talk to us about their organisations and projects.

We're starting them up again... allowing for in-depth nuanced conversations with leading African conservation minds.
